Creative Piece

Once you have completed your 2010 application, it's your chance to be creative, imaginative and even a little original.   Send us a photograph / picture with a caption that represents what you would be excited to contribute or “bring” to Oochigeas this summer! (you do not need to be in the picture). To submit please send your creative piece via email to hnoel@ooch.org with the subject line “Creative Piece and your name” in the subject line. If you would prefer to send it by mail please send it to the attention of:

Reference Forms

To help provide us with further information about your character, experience, and abilities we ask you to provide us with 3 references. We recommend former employers, teachers, counsellors, or other persons who can give an honest account of the type of person you are. References by personal friends or relatives will not be considered. Have the references fill out this form. Please return the forms to the Camp Oochigeas office as soon as possible. Your reference can mail, email or fax the form to us, or return it to you in a signed sealed envelope (contact info on the form).
