Camp Oochigeas & The Sporting Life 10K: Sunday, May 1st, 2011

On May 1st, 2011 over 14,400 runners and walkers took over Toronto's famous Yonge Street to help make a difference in lives of children with cancer. The Sporting Life 10K is a 10 kilometre race that has become Toronto's largest single distance run in support of Camp Oochigeas- a Camp for children with cancer.

As a registered charity that does not receive government funding, Camp Oochigeas relies on the generosity of volunteers and donors to provide children affected by childhood cancer with a memorable camp experience at no cost to their families.

With only $1 of each race registration directly supporting Camp Oochigeas, we encourage all participants to sign up to fundraise and help make a difference in the lives of children affected by childhood cancer.
